The relationship is not being accidental, and all encounters being necessity.
When you contact with the relationship with a feeling of thankfulness, it is connected.
This is my important "Motto" that I acquired by looking at the parents running a liquor shop "selling true heart not a thing" and having been brought up.
And there is "the heart of hospitality" for the memorable words and action of the customer.
I send the batons from "be pleased of work" to "an impression" that cultivated in the heart to hospitality = OMOTENASHI spirits that I learned when the cabin attendant era to all of you.
